General Conditions of On-Line Registrations

These conditions are applicable to online registration / contracting of the courses or services offered by CENTRO DE LENGUAS MODERNAS (CLM), through its website www.clm-granada.com.

When sending the registration request form you must check the box “I accept the General Conditions”, which is shown next to the “send” button of the form. By checking this box, the Customer declares to have read these conditions and declares to accept them.

The Client is identified through the information provided in the registration form, being responsible for the veracity, updating and accuracy thereof.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

The process to contract our services on-line (registration in courses, registration for accreditation exams, registration for activities, etc.) is done through the following steps:

Any user can access the information and prices of each service we offer on our Website without the need to register or provide their information.

Before making an enrollment, the user can ask any questions about it for free by contacting by phone or email indicated in the “Contact” section of the Website.

If you have decided to formalize your registration directly online, the Customer must complete the form with the data marked as mandatory. You have to select the payment method and enter the data for it according to the chosen form.

To register “on-line” in any of our services you must be a registered user. If you are or have been a CLM student, enter your username and password. If this is the first time you take a course in the CLM, you must register. To do this, you must fill in all the information on the registration form and accept the regulations of the center and its privacy policy.

Once the user has been identified / registered, registration can proceed.

Select the course or exam you want to take and the seat and select the date of the course. Once we know your level you will be able to enroll definitively through your Identified Access, in the groups and schedules available for your level.

If you do not have prior knowledge, select this option, and you can choose the group and time from among those available at the initial level.
Select the payment method In order to formalize the purchase process, the Customer must check the box “I accept the General Conditions” that link to this text. By checking this box, the Client expressly declares that he has read and understood all the stipulations of the contract, accepting them without reservation. The contract will be formalized at the time of receipt of the request by the Center.

The CLM will send you an email with all the information related to your registration and with the link to your identified access.

To enroll “on-line” to cultural or sports activities is essential to be a student of the center. Therefore, if you have decided to register for an activity, you must do so through your Identified Access.

Throughout the purchase process, the Customer may resolve any doubt through the contact information shown on our Website. The use of these channels for the processing of the order will not entail any additional cost for the Client.

PRICES

The prices indicated are in euros and have the taxes included

PAYMENT METHODS

The services can be paid by credit / debit card.

The CLM does not have access to your credit card data. The data related to the collections are managed directly in the servers of the REDSYS secure payment gateway. The CLM only knows if the payment has been made correctly or if it has been rejected canceled.

WITHDRAWAL

The user can cancel the registration made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of formalization of the same.

The right of withdrawal will not exist in the following cases:

If the user has completed the course, exam or activity before the deadline to request the withdrawal;

Hiring services related to leisure activities, by way of example and not limiting reservation or registration in cultural activities, visits to monuments, excursions, parties, sporting events etc. with a specific date or period of execution.

All this in accordance with the provisions of article 103 a) and l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other laws complementary.

In the cases in which the user wants to exercise the right of withdrawal, within the period established for the same, and once the course has begun, the return of 80% of the hours paid and not taken up to the moment will be made. In addition, the CLM offers the option of transferring 100% of the hours not attended to another scheduled course during the same academic year. It will not be possible to transfer the amount to another person. The license plates object of return will lose the discounts that could have applied.

To exercise the withdrawal, the user must communicate it in a reliable manner to the CLM by mail addressed to the attention of the Managing Director at the following address: Placeta del Hospicio Viejo S / N, 18009 Granada or by e-mail addressed to info @ clm. ugr.es with a copy to direccionclm@ugr.es.

You can also use this form, although its use is not mandatory.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 14 days from the date on which the user notified his intention to withdraw. The same will be made through the same mode of payment used in the registratio

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

These legal and contracting conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation.

RESOLUTION OF ONLINE LITIGATION IN CONSUMER MATTERS

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. Consumers can also make their claims through this platform that is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

JURISDICTION

For the resolution of any dispute regarding these conditions, both CLM and users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts stipulated by law.
