In the case of enrolments for successive courses, these will be considered independent of each other. Similarly, refunds will not be considered in other cases, nor will it be possible to transfer the amount to another person.

To be considered, all requests must be submitted in writing to devoluciones@clm.ugr.es and will be calculated based on the hours remaining on the date of the request.

Tuition fees subject to refund will lose any discounts that may have been applied.

WITHDRAWAL

For payments made online, the user may withdraw from the registration within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of formalisation. During this withdrawal period, the full amount paid will be refunded.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

– If the user has completed the course, exam or activity in full before the deadline for requesting withdrawal.

– Contracting of services related to leisure activities, including but not limited, to reservations or registration for cultural activities, visits to monuments, excursions, parties, sporting events, etc. with a specific date or period of execution.

All of the above is in accordance with the provisions of Article 103 a) and l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
