Study Abroad Application

All application materials are to be submitted by email to the Study Abroad Office at studyabroad@clm.ugr.es

The student’s Official College Transcript(s), Recommendation Form(s) and Study Abroad Advisor’s Form should be submitted by a faculty member (professor and/or administrator) from the applicant’s home institution.

All other documents can be submitted to us by the applicant directly, unless otherwise required by the home institution.

ADDITIONAL FORMS

  • Criminal and Sexual Offense Record: only for students interested in internships, volunteering with minors and/or extending their stay in Spain to 180 days +
  • Recommendation Form 2 (required for students whose cumulative GPA is less than 3.0)

APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED ON A ROLLING BASIS. SUBMIT YOURS EARLY!

Next steps:

Once your application is submitted completely to studyabroad@clm.ugr.es you will be informed of the status of your acceptance within 7-10 days.  

If accepted to the program, you will receive instructions on the next steps and your class selection form via email.
